藉着與教會內弟兄姊妹的相處，盡量協助新到步的留學生，能夠盡快安頓妥當及適應新環境，來迎接學業上和生活上的挑戰。透過課餘聚會和活動，以小組討論形式査閱聖經，按聖經真理來啟發及引導青年人邁向正面人生。通過對耶穌基督和聖經的認識，按聖靈的感動，以增進對信仰真理的追求，盼望能為他們在信仰成長路上奠定根基，去面對將來未知人生中的誘惑和試鍊。
